Shipping Policy

We’re committed to getting your gear to you quickly and reliably.

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

• Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Free Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 (U.S. only).

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays:

Please note that shipping times may be affected by high order volume, weather, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses:

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Alliance Rugby Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Returns:

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Exchanges:

Need a different size or item? We offer free exchanges on eligible items to make sure you get the perfect fit.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
